I wanted to practice my first twisted thing with Fusion 360. The outcome was a nice pinwheel. Use a standard 608-2RZ (22x8x7) ball bearing and it will start to spin at a light breathe already. Use a M4 screw trough the angle mount to fasten the spinner. Hot glue a stick up to 10mm diameter into the angle mount. I used a small banboo stick. Rotor for turning windmill on scifi tabletop settings. This rotor has more details than a demo-model. It is thought (and prepared) to be glued on a turning vertical axle (a spoke or similar). The dimensions of the rotor are 75mm in height and 60mm diameter. I included the .scad-file so u can change this by changing the value of the parameters h and d. My first attemp of a 3D printable windmill. It generates power using an old cd-drive closer motor and uses it on a 3V LED. There is alot to improve. If you have suggestions, i would love to read them in the comments. This is work in progress. There will be some changes in near future. For now it has a transition around 1:30. This seems to be too much. Alot of friction going on, so you need alot of airflow to start spinning it. The motor is spinning faster then it would need, as it starts going....

Es handelt sich um einen Bausatz, beliebig in der höhe erweiterbar. Für jede Erweiterung muss ein Mittelteil verwendet werden (hat oben und unten eine Nut) Für diese Version benötigt ihr Kugellager mit 26mm aussendruchmesser. Ich habe das ganze auf eine Gewindestange montiert.

Danke an rosch8 für das tolle Windrad! Das Windrad ist durchdacht konstruiert, die Passgenauigkeit der Teile ist auch sehr gut. Auf Empfehlung von rosch8 habe ich ZZ-Lager verwendet, allerdings Kugellager 688 ZZ. Ich habe das Leitwerk abgeändert und ein Zusatzleitwerk erstellt. Die Schwenkmuffen passen für ein Rohr 16x2 mm.
